Construction is black paint over brass with nickel plated trim. It shows normal wear to the paint and the finish. The case clasp works but does show plating deterioration.It has a reverisble 3/8" or 1/4-20 screw on the head. The leather case with intact handle is in excellent condition for its age. The tripod extends to 47” ( just under four feet ) It is self bracing there is no center column or external bracing. The legs extend, lock and retract properly.
